How to deal with stress in your life?

About one year ago I had a problems like dizziness, blackout and headaches. Sometimes I would pass out because of this and when it happened, anyone who was around me would take me to hospital. I’ve struggled with that for about one year and I have seen every doctor that you could think of but they couldn’t find any solution. Actually they couldn’t find what it is either. I used to get really dizzy and it turns out it was getting worse because of stress.Don’t do what I did; if you think you have a problem like that, just think about the stress in your life and think that how it is effecting your life. Don’t panic.

First of all,you need to know what causes stress the that you have. If you are aware of your stress, look at the symptoms that you have. Maybe that can be not just a symptom of stress, but a symptom of a serious health problem.


-These are a few of the most common symptoms of stress:

  • -Upset stomach, including diarrhea, constipation, and nausea

  • -Aches, pains, and tense muscles


SLEEPING: You need to sleep well. If you have sleeping problem you can drink hot tea and milk. HINT: if you won’t move for about 15 minutes you’ll usually be sleeping after 15 minutes (but if you count like 15 minutes you can’t sleep of course).

RAPID HEARTBEAT: I think this is the most dangerous one. First, you need to calm down if you make more stress you’ll possible to have a heart attack. Take in a breath for 7 seconds and then give it slowly. Repeat that for minimum 4 times. If the situation gets worse then go to the hospital.

ACHES AND PAINS:The second serious one is aches and pains.Fill your bath with hot water. This will help your muscles will unbend.

LOW ENERGY: For low energy you can take vitamins to be more strong. That helps you for a time but you still need to have healthy, nutritious life.

ANY TYPE OF STRESS: Even if you don’t struggle with stress in your life, yoga can relax you, give you physical health and build muscle strength. When you have physical and mental health, stress can’t effect you easily.

FREQUENT COLDS:For frequent colds and upset stomach you need to take vitamins. Sometimes upset stomach could be a symptom of reflux or gastritis. If it is in question for a long time you should see a doctor immediately.
